Sfentech's core product is Professional Services and is available on an as-required basis, seven days per week, 24 hours per day.
Support is carried out under the supervision of Microsoft Certified Professionals. The support service is provided on a pay as you go Call Out basis or on a Monthly Support Contract on site, by telephone and remotely using Web Support. At present, 95% of issues reported to us are resolved on the same day.

Technical Support: Technical support provided by a systems engineers (holding at least a Microsoft Certified Professional certification) on an as-required basis, seven days per week, 24 hours per day.
Onsite: Support is provided onsite by a systems administrator.
HelpDesk: Support is provided remotely from the Sfentech Helpdesk team.

I.T Check
Sfentech provides scheduled IT maintenance checks so don't wait for things to go wrong before you call. Either via web support or on site, our IT support specialists will undertake an extensive list of checks to your system, including but not limited to:
Anti virus update check.
Check system logs (if available) for faults that may be developing.
Apply Microsoft patches.
Check hard disk capacity and system performance.
Check back up and carry out a test restore.
Check RAID (disk mirroring etc) if installed.
