Please Note: Before sending your media to our office for an evaluation, remember to include a business card, letter head or a note to notify our team whom we are to contact when work takes place. To protect yourself against losing your data, make sure you make consistant backups of all your files, and if your backing up to an external media, be aware that external media can also fail. So to be safe, try to copy all your data onto DVD/CD and store in a safe place. We recommend doing a full backup once every week, and data backups every day.
